Zhongwo UL steel fire doors are all certified according to UL10(b), UL10(c), NFPA252 and CAN/ULC S104, which means they keep integrity against fire for up to 3 hours.

Frame:

Type: 3-part or 4-part knock-down frame

Material: 1.2mm thick galvanized steel

Width of Frame: 120 mm

Application: Masonry Wall

Reinforcement: 3 mm steel plate on lock, closer, hinges side

Connector: 0.8 mm thick steel sheet

Feature: lock covers on the lock side

Reinforcements

· Top and bottom of doors shall be reinforced with continuous 16-gauge steel channels, spot welded to both sides of doors.

· Hinge reinforcements shall be 11-gauge steel angle, 12" long

· Cylindrical lock reinforcement shall be 16-gauge with 11-gauge thread depth. Other lock and closer reinforcements shall be 12-gauge.

· Doors shall be reinforced for all surface type hardware. Drilling and tapping of surface hardware to be done in the field by the erector.

· Edges of door shall be continuously seam welded, ground, and filled to ensure a smooth finish.

Ironmongery

All of our ironmongery are UL certified items with only UL ID which can be checked on ul.com/database. Usually we supply locks, hinges, locks, closer and door coordinators, we can also equip other accessories such as panic bars, electric door holders, door stoppers and even viewers as your request.

Delivery

Lead time is no longer than 45 days when quantity no larger than 1000 m²; Otherwise we need arrange specially the production cycle for you.

Delivery method is normally by truck & ship or train, only for samples we may apply air-freight.

By then our annual production ability can reach 300,000 fire door sets.
