Zhongwo steel fire doors are all tested in accordance with American or British Standard such as UL10(b) and UL10(c) and BS476:22 & EN1634:1. We can provide you with UL/WHI certificate or BS and EN certificates for various sizes and fire ratings.These doors can be used in high-rise buildings, metro railway stations, telecom centers, power plants, cellular network stations, garment processing units, shopping malls, industrial plants, multiplexes, hotels, auditoriums, software parks, restaurants, etc.

Reinforcements

· Top and bottom of doors shall be reinforced with continuous 16-gauge steel channels, spot welded to both sides of doors.

· Hinge reinforcements shall be 11-gauge steel angle, 12" long

· Cylindrical lock reinforcement shall be 16-gauge with 11-gauge thread depth. Other lock and closer reinforcements shall be 12-gauge.

· Doors shall be reinforced for all surface type hardware. Drilling and tapping of surface hardware to be done in the field by the erector.

Top Quality and Eco-friendly& Healthy Infilling Material:

All of our fireproof perlite board must reach level A₁ of the combustion performance standard according to GB8624-2006 and level ZA₂ of toxicity standard according to GB/T20285-2006.

Besides, the density of our fireproof perlite board is in top quality, originally it reaches 472.6kg/m³, by drying treatment it still remains457.3kg/m³, which are both great higher than the standard of 420kg/m³.

Top Fire Insulation Performance

Average temperature rise of unexposed surface reaches 94.2℃, highest temperature rise at single point reaches 148.6℃, both are far away lower than the standard of not beyond 140℃ and 180℃. And the highest temperature point on door frame reaches 140.8℃, also much lower than the standard of not beyond 360℃.

Small Door Leaf Opening Force

Door leaf opening force of our rosewood steel fire door is no more than 66N, which is much smaller than 80N according to GB12955-2008.

Hardware

As standard we equip every door with galvanized steel hinges, locksets and high quality door closers. We can also send you panic push bar, fire bolts, magnetic door stoppers or other accessories as your request. Melting temperature of hardware installed in doors should be no less than 950℃.

Besides, we also have stainless steel hardware when you want.

Finish

As far as the surface treatment is concerned, we have different choices for you, too. Powder coating is our standard. And prime paint, wood grain finishes are basic options. By the way, prime paint means water-based paint.
