In production of Zhongwo steel insulated fire door we introduce
advanced heat transfer printing and powder coating process, namely
we paste one kind of transfer printing paper which occupies the
color and texture of walnut onto the galvanized steel sheet which
is originally very rigid and not natural, with thermal treatment we
print the character of walnut paper into steel sheet. Thus the
originally rigid steel sheet looks full of decoration. This is kind
of steel fire door can match and integrate into the decorative
style of buildings, so that the tone of entire room or house looks
very harmonious and balanced.

Vision Panels
As far as vision panels are concerned, we provide you with
different choices such as CCC certified fire resistant heat
insulated glass which has a fire rate of up to 3 hours, 5mm thick
UL-listed ceramic glass and 6mm thick boron glass.
The maximum glass area is 100 square meters. Inches per door leaf
for 2 hours fire rated doors. When the fire rating longer than 2
hours, we don’t suggest vision panels in doors.
In addition, we provide reinforcement channel and glass frame made
of 0.8mm thick galvanized steel.
