BS Wooden Fire Rated Doors

Founded in 1995 and located in Zhengzhou city, capital of Henan province, Henan Zhongwo Fire Science And Technology Co., Ltd has developed into a leading manufacturer of wooden fire rated doors all over China.

Our fire rated wooden doors are all tested to standard BS476:part22.

Fire ratings shall be 30mins, 60mins and 90mins.

Door Leaf

Standard construction of our wooden fire doors are made of 38mm thick perlite board fillers, 38mm thick solid wood skeleton, 4mm thick fireproof boards on each side and 3mm MDF board inclusive finishes on each side, thus total thickness of door leaf is 52mm. Besides, door edges are normally covered with wood lippings.

By the way, we have also different options of fireproof fillers such as particle boards and honeycomb paper. Particle board is option for 60mins fire doors and honeycomb paper for 30mins fire doors.

According to our certificate we can customize any size of doors between 650mm(2’2’’) and 915mm(3’) in width and 700mm(2’4’’) and 2300mm(7’6’’) in height.

Frames

There are two kinds of frames to match our wooden fire doors, solid wooden frames and metal frames.

Solid wooden frames are made of 38mm thick Chinese fir wood with 4mm thick fireproof board on inner side of frames, surface can be polished, baking painted, HPL, Melamine or Laminate finished.

Size of solid wooden frame is normally 45mm thick by 94mm wide. Customization is available.

By the way, solid wooden frames can also be shaped in T-type.

Metal frames are made of 1.2mm thick galvanized steel, popular frame depth are 94mm, 110mm, 120mm,150mm and 200mm, we can also customized for you. Besides, surface is by default powder coated in RAL color system.

By the way, stainless steel frames are also available.

Archtraves

As far as architrave is concerned, popular width are 50mm, 60mm,70mm and 80mm, popular thickness are 12mm and 15mm.Finish of architrave can also be polished, painted or with HPL and melamine laminated.

Finish

Finishes of our wooden fire doors are divided into three choices:

1. HPL Finish

which means high pressure laminates, is our most recommended choice for you because of its advantage in anti-UV,high strength, fireproof performance, impact, water and humidity resistance. Thickness of HPL by us ranges from 0.5mm to 3mm, colors and texture on surface can also be customized as your request.

2. Baking Paint

We have two kinds of baking paint processes for your choice: Baking Paint with Veneer and Baking Paint with Mixed Oil. Both processes demonstrate more decorative beauty than other finishes, therefore the whole door looks more high-ended.

3.Melamine Finish

Zowor melamine finish is melamine paper pasted on the base of MDF board. Standard thickness is 0.5/0.6mm, size is normally 1220mm wide by 2440mm high, colors and surface texture can be chosen and customized as your request.

Standard Package: PEP Paper on both sides+ Foam Channel Around 4 Edges and Corners + Foam Plate on both sides on PEP Paper + Strong Carton
