Zowor has built two factories specially for wooden doors which covers a total 35,000 m² workshop and her daily output reaches 400 sets wooden doors.

Mainly overseas market of Zhongwo ranges from Middel-East via Southeast Asia to America. Also we have many customers from other places such as Africa, Europe, Australia and so on.

Package & Delivery

There are multiple packaging methods for you to choose from, one is the standard packaging using PEP paper, foam board and strong cartoon packaging, and the other is the wooden pallet and wooden box packaging.

The package size is usually 50mm larger than the door leaf in width and height, and 15-20mm in thickness.

In addition, the standard packaging will make the door weigh 2Kg; each wooden pallet weighs 5kg, and each wooden pallet can be loaded up to. 10 standard doors with frames.

As far as delivery is concerned, we usually export at Qingdao Port, but also at any port you want.

As far as wooden fire door is concerned, we have painting free wooden fire door series, baking paint wooden fire door series and refuge room wooden fire door series.Now we can supply more than 100,000 fire door sets a year in our more than 50000㎡ existing workshop. We also have a new factory under construction which covers a field of 30 arces in Minquan of Shangqiu City,which is 200km away from our existing factory. By then our annual production ability can reach 300,000 fire door sets.

Our production ranges also to fire roller shutters, fire windows and smoke curtains of various customized sizes, colors and materials.
