Filler: Honeycomb paper, wood stripes, hollow or solid Particle Board

Transition Layer: MDF or Magnesium Oxide Fireproof Board

Finish: Veneer, Paint, Laminate, HPL or customize

Options:

Architraves: 60/70/80mm wide by 25/35mm thick with optional finish

Cover: Wall thickness ranges from 150mm, 180mm, 200mm to 300mm, customization is available.

Factory:

Our wooden doors plant is located in Mazhai Industrial Park , Erqi district, Zhengzhou city. Factory area is about 70,000m2, including 30,000m2 workshop and 6,000m2 office area.

We get different mordern fully-automatic production lines individually for wooden fire doors and non-fire-rated wooden interior doors. The machines and equipments are 90% imported from Germany and Italy. With these advanced equipments we can finish one wooden door within 120 seconds.

Package:

standard is perlite cotton warpped, foam board on both sides, foamy corner protectors, strong carton.Wooden pallet and wooden box is also available.

Delivery:

As standard our doors are shipped to clients, for clients from Southeast Asia, Middle Asia and Europe we can also transport our products through railways.

As far as wooden fire door is concerned, we have painting free wooden fire door series, baking paint wooden fire door series and refuge room wooden fire door series.Now we can supply more than 100,000 fire door sets a year in our more than 50000㎡ existing workshop. We also have a new factory under construction which covers a field of 30 arces in Minquan of Shangqiu City,which is 200km away from our existing factory. By then our annual production ability can reach 300,000 fire door sets.

Our production ranges also to fire roller shutters, fire windows and smoke curtains of various customized sizes, colors and materials.
