FD60 Fire Door With Vision Panel

Zhongwo FD60 single leaf steel insulated fire doors with vision panel all passed the 60min fire test according to BS476-22 and EN1634-1, in other words, we can provide you all certificates or fire test reports you want.

Door Leaf

The door leaf adopts the process that high-quality galvanized steel sheet is bent by the bending machine precisely, and its interior is filled with green and perlite board which has characters of fireproof, heat & sound insulation and its surface adopts technology without welding spots, so that to get smooth appearance.

Tidy and Smooth Surface: The appearance is very beautiful and can integrate into surrounding circumstances.

Door Frame

The door frame is made of 1.2mm thick galvanized steel sheet, beams are connected with mullions by 90°angle welding. At the point of fire bolt and fire door closer it is welded with 3mm thick heat-rolled galvanized steel sheet as reenforcement. The lap between door frame and door leaf covers more than 12mm, the gap 3mm at the position of fire hinges, upper gap 3mm and bottom gap 7mm, which are all far beyond the national standard.
