Fire doors are one of the fireproof separation facilities of buildings. They are usually used on firewalls, stairwell entrances or pipe openings, and play an important role in reducing fire damage.

In the high-rise civil building design fire protection standard, the fire doors are classified into Grade A, B and C, and the fire resistance rating is specified. Grade A doors are not less than 1.5 hours, Grade B doors are not less than 1.0 hours, Grade C must not be less than 0.5 hours.

In addition to fire assistant function, due to its beautiful appearance, convenient installation and good decorative performance, Zhongwo wooden Fire doors are widely used in all kinds of civil and industrial buildings.

The wooden fire doors are divided into two series of full and half glass, as well as single and double leaves.

Door panel (plane) : the surface has wood texture, embossed plate embossed, decorative visual sense is stronger.

Frame: after improved process based on M2 door case, increase after grinding, polishing processing, such as mirror surface, the new technology of coated PVC, USES the PUR glue, hot, does not glue, surface texture clear, strong sense of wood grain simulation, waterproof, acid and alkali from natural fire, put out, do not fade, etc.

Main Technical Performance

1. Fire Resistance Rating: Grade A is 1.5h, Grade B is 1.0h, and Grade C is 0.5h.

2. Sound Insulation: It has good sound insulation effect, and the sound insulation index of Grade C products is RW ≥ 23dB.

3. Decorative: Electrostatic powder spray on surface, beautiful and durable, available in a variety of colors to choose.

Determination of the Opening Direction of Fire Doors

The fire door is generally a normally closed external door, and it opens in the direction of evacuation. Standing on the front of the door facing the hinge, if the hinge is on your right, it’s opening outward right.

UL listed door holders, hinges, locksets are standard choice for you. More options are aligners, stoppers, magnetic door holders etc.. We can also supply hardware to other standards upon request.

Remarks: If you don’t need hardware but only punching holes, please send us some samples of your ironmongery so that we can make it precise in door manufacturing.
