Zhongwo steel fire proofing door consists of a door leaf and a door frame which are both made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate and cold-formed. The door leaf is filled with non-combustible, fire-resistant, heat-insulating and sound-insulating materials with different fire-resistant performance. Zhongwo adopts advanced technology, unique design, single and double cutting method in production of steel fire proofing acoustical door. With good advantage of fireproof and soundproof performance Zhongwo Steel Fire Door can be used in circumstances such as high-end hotel, cinemas, theaters and hospitals and so on.

Technical Specification

1. It’s designed based on GB12955-2008 Standards Fire Doors, Sound Insulation GB/T 8485-2008.

2. There is cold rolled galvanized steel sheet with 3.0mm for stiffening on fire hinge and fire closer point.

3. Filling Process for Door Core Material: Tamping

4. It’s suitable for places requiring better effect for sound insulation and fire insulation.

Single Door: 1200 mm wide by 2400 mm high

Pair Door: 2100 mm wide by 2400 mm high

Which means we can attach UL certificates individually for single door no wider than 1200 mm and no higher than 2400 mm; for pair door the width not over 2100 mm and height not over 2400 mm.

We paste around the door leaf perimeter fireproof expand smoke intumuscent which can stop flames and smoke from spreading through gaps between door leaf and frame. The sizes of intumescent stripes are normally FPJ-B-25X2mm and FPJ-B-20X2mm.
