Production Description

The refuge or refuge floor is a safe place once there is fire in high-rise buildings, and the fire door in the refuge room is especially important to ensure that the refuge room can function normally when the building is on fire. As a leader in this field, Zhongwo Fire Door has cooperated with many buildings to take the first step to build a safe haven for high-rise buildings.

In the current National Code of Practice for Fire Protection of High-Rise Civil Buildings, it is required that “a public building with a building height of more than 100m should be provided with a refuge floor (room)”.

According to fire protection requirements for hospital refuge, high-rise ward buildings in hospitals should be equipped with refuge rooms on floor 2 and above. There should be no more than 2 nursing units for the refuge service, and the net area should be determined by no less than 25 square meters per nursing unit. When the refuge room is used for other purposes, it should ensure that the refuge safety and the net area available for refuge are unchanged; it should be close to the stairwell and be separated from other parts by a fireproof partition with a fire limit of no less than 2.00h and Class A fire door.

As far as wooden fire door is concerned, we have painting free wooden fire door series, baking paint wooden fire door series and refuge room wooden fire door series.Now we can supply more than 100,000 fire door sets a year in our more than 50000㎡ existing workshop. We also have a new factory under construction which covers a field of 30 arces in Minquan of Shangqiu City,which is 200km away from our existing factory. By then our annual production ability can reach 300,000 fire door sets.

Our production ranges also to fire roller shutters, fire windows and smoke curtains of various customized sizes, colors and materials.
