Fire Rating
Fire Rating of Zhongwo steel fire doors can divide into 4 groups
according to different applications. And the test standards are
either british standard BS476:22 or American standard UL10(b) &
UL10(c).
30min, 60min, 90min, 120min
Material
Zhongwo steel fire doors are made of galvanized steel sheet in
thickness of 20-18-16Ga. for leaf and 18-16-14 Ga. for frame.
This is one kind of environment-friendly material in comparision
with traditional cold rolled galvanised steel.
Infilling
Standard infilling materials by us are high density fireproof
perlite board(up to 400±40Kg/m2) which will not release any
poisonous or harmful smoke in case of flame.
Options for you also: Honeycomb Paper, Polyethylene foam and
mineral core.
